Abstract
This study presents a comprehensive investigation into multiple attribute group
decision-making (MAGDM) under uncertainty by employing single-valued
neutrosophic
sets (SVNS) to effectively represent imprecise, indeterminate and inconsistent
information. It utilizes existing single-valued neutrosophic neutrality aggregation
operators to construct a novel MAGDM approach. To objectively determine the
weights of attribute without relying on subjective judgments, the preference
selection index (PSI) method is employed. Subsequently, the proximity indexed
value (PIV) and faire un choix adequat (FUCA) method is applied to rank the
alternatives based on their proximity to the ideal solution. Several numerical
examples are provided to illustrate the validity, effectiveness and practical
applicability of the proposed methodology.
